CUSTOMER CARE

ORDERS:

All items are hand made, therefor are made to order. We only take as many orders as we feel confident in crafting while continuing to keep wait times as low as possible, wait times for an item can take 2-3 weeks until they are shipped. Customers are able to sign up for our mailing list on the HOME PAGE to stay notified for when we are taking new orders. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.



SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS.

Customers wishing to pick up orders 
For customers who wish to pick up their item(s), please type in "PICKUP" in the discount code box when checking out. This makes the shipping cost $0.



PAYMENT
We accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way. 

If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
